After successful record-breaking conference attendance, the anticipation for AMWA's 2024 Executive Management Conference (EMC) continues to grow. Join water executives and sector thought leaders in Miami, Florida, for an unparalleled opportunity to connect, learn, and lead. This year's event promises to provide fresh perspectives from inspiring speakers on key issues and unrivaled opportunities for peer-to-peer exchange.

The conference program covers timely subjects relevant to water systems, such as mitigating workforce shortages, protecting public health and affordability, and strategies for utility resiliency. Additionally, a session on how to manage and lead a hybrid workforce will provide attendees with effective strategies in inclusive management and governance, hybrid workforce implementation, and employee wellness policies.

In addition to the enriching conference sessions, the EMC offers participants a unique chance to visit Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department's Biscayne Bay. As slots for the boat tour are limited to 40, interested attendees are encouraged to secure their spot early.

The association strongly encourages members, subscribers, and non-members to take advantage of the early-bird rates and register by the August 2 deadline. Additionally, make reservations at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Coral Gables, the conference hotel and hub of activities, soon.
